Abstract
Industrial Job Training is an activity that has do by each students of State Polythecnic Jember. This activity was held in PT Sri Rejeki Isman Tbk start from Mei 2 until June 28, 2016 during 512 worked hours. This activity was held at the HRD office of PT Sri Rejeki Isman Tbk. The result from this training is provision of acident insurance to PT Sri Rejeki Isman Tbk employees. Provision of social insurance is one way to retain employees. Social insurance provided by company one of wich is the work accident insurane. Divided into to types of accidents are minor accidents and severe accident to death.
