Abstract

Distribution is tprocess of sending medical record file to the clinic intended to do health care. Distribution of good medical record file is distributed medical record file is fast, accurate and efficient. If the time in the distribution of medical records a long time, it will hinder the health services to be provided to the patient's doctor. This report aims to identify the length of time the distribution of medical record file on poly outpatient RUMKITAL Dr. Ramelan Surabaya. By observation and interviews during field work practice. The results of observations and interviews show that the distribution of medical record file to the poly outpatient experience delays with an average time of 18 minutes.
