Abstract
At this time, the development of technology has been growing rapidly. Information Technology today can simplify and speed up in doing a job. Evaluation Employee performance is a thing to be implemented within a company, to know the shortcomings and advantages possessed by each employee concerned in carrying out its duties. PT Livia Mandiri Sejati Jember is a company engaged in the field of Mineral Water. During this evaluation of employee performance at PT Livia Mandiri Sejati Jember has not been implemented optimally and requires a long time, due to the difficulty of the management in the calculation process. Decision Support System can facilitate the evaluation of employee performance evaluation at PT Livia Mandiri Sejati Jember to get accurate and accurate results. The decision support system is calculated on all criteria, then displays the ranking results from highest to lowest, so it can facilitate the management in evaluating employee performance and can be used as a reference company in the promotion of employment or just a gift to employees who excel. Calculations done in processing the data criteria that is by TOPSIS method (Technique For Order Preference By Similarity To Ideal Solution).
