Abstract

RSU Bhakti Husada Banyuwangi in order to support the implementation of the claim process and improve the quality of health services, in collaboration with the health insurance provider (BPJS). Health BPJS claim is a claim process that must have complete documents including Patient Egibility Letter (SEP), INA-CBG Sheet, Referral Letter, Medical Resume Supporting Examination from Doctors, Introduction to Inpatient, Cost Details. Submission of BPJS Health claim files should not be too late. The Reinke calculation method is considered as an important part in the problem solving process. The research used is qualitative research that is descriptive. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, documentation, and brainstorming. Factors that cause delays based on man are education, knowledge, and skills, based on the method is sop, based on machine is an internet connection, based on material is the completeness of BPJS claim file, based on money is cost. Correction of the problem that can be done to later reduce the number of delays due to incompleteness of filling in the claim file in the inpatient Bhakti Husada Banyuwangi Hospital is by making a decision or SOP regarding the person in charge of filling by the guardian
