Abstract

Quality is a very important thing to be noticed by the company. The company must be able to present a quality product that comply with customer needs. This study compared the quality of the products seen on consumer preferences and technical systems are applied by the WIKA Kabupaten Jember with Quality Function Deployment Method (QFD). The purpose of this study is to determine improvement priorities can be applied by the company in order to adapt its products to the expectations or desires of consumers. Based on the analysis in this study it can be concluded that the company does not meet the technical implementation to build a quality product desired or expected by the consumer.
