Abstract

Malnutrition in hospital patients often occurred because effects of diseases suffered patients and nutritional intake less. Patients with intake of energy is not enough have risk 2.4 times to happen malnutrition. Hence nutritional intake in the hospital have strong relationships with nutritional status of the patients for due care influence on the healing patients. This study aims to analyze relations food intake the changing status of nutrition and relations food intake to long care of patients done in february 2015-maret 2105 in a public hospital Dr.H.Koesnadi Bondowoso. Research methodology it uses research survey analytic with the approach cross sectional. The sample of the in this research was as many as 73 patients treatment at pavilion bougainvillea grade three taken by purposive sampling. Analysis data using the correlation the Spearman’s Rank. The result of this research indicates that there is not the relationship between food intake patients with status nutrition patients and and there are not the relationship between food intake patients with long patient care.
