Abstract

Hospitals to get fees from health service that has given to social insurance administration organization patients, hospitals have to make claim to social insurance administration organization. Based on the preliminary survey at Nashrul Ummah Lamongan Islamic Hospital, obtained 100% return data the social insurance administration organization claim requirements from verificator to hospital that caused by the medical resume is not filled completely on February and March 2018. The medical resume of social insurance administration organization inpatients is not completely filled due to doctor performance. Doctor performance can be measured by two variables, namely characteristics (education, knowledge, years of work, age and sex) and psychological behaviorism (behavior). The purpose of this study was to analyze relationship of characteristic and psychological behaviorism of doctor in charge of the patient with completeness filling of the medical resume for social insurance administration organization inpatients. The type of research used was analytic with cross sectional study and carried out by multiple linear regression test. The population in this study was all of the doctors in charge of the patient. The results of this study can be known that characteristic variables and psychological behaviorism variables of the doctor in charge of the patient have a relationship with the completeness filling of medical resume for social insurance administration organization inpatients (sig: 0.827). In the characteristic variable, the education and years of work sub-variable has no relationship with completeness filling of medical resume for social insurance administration organization inpatients.
