Abstract
Anemia is a condition where the hemoglobin level is lower than normal. Based on Riskesdas's results, the proportion of anemia adolescent anemia is 48.9%. According to Riskesdas, the coverage of giving blood-added tablets in 2018 was 48.52%, but those who did not consume blood-added tablets <52 grains in 1 year were 98.6%. This study aims to improve compliance with blood-added tablet consumption in adolescent girls and facilitate school records and reporting, especially at SMAN 1 Kraksaan in the Kraksaan Health Center, Probolinggo Regency. This research method is Research and Development (R&D). This type of research uses the ADDIE model stage (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Data analysis techniques using qualitative and quantitative. The results of the study show: 1) Based on the results of the analysis, the media is appropriate to be designed as a medium for controlling blood-added tablets' consumption level for web-based young women. 2) Media design uses storyboards, preparation of materials, and preparation of media assessment instruments. 3) Media development is carried out at the media design stage, validation test by material experts and 2 media experts. The results of the 1st validation test of material experts obtained an average value of 4.00, including the "Fair" category, and the 2nd validation test obtained a value of 4.5, including the "Very Eligible" category. The results of the 1st validation test assessment of media experts 1 obtained an average value of 4.06, including the "Eligible" category, and the 2nd validation test obtained a value of 4.57, including the "Very Eligible" category. The results of the media expert validation test 2 obtained an average value of 3.56, including the "Eligible" category. 4) The implementation phase is carried out in the trial phase to get a positive response from students and school admins by obtaining a percentage on all indicators of 65%. The use of media can facilitate the school's reporting system to the public health center (puskesmas) in consuming blood-added tablets. Keywords: anemia, TTD consumption control app, Websites
