Abstract
The purpose of the activity: The purpose of Field Work Practice (PKL) in the implementation of food is to support the achievement of the competence of a nutritionist (registered dietien) in the production and service of food (food production and food service). While the activities of street vendors in the nutritional care management aims to achieve competence of a nutrition expert in assessing nutrition, nutritional diagnosis, nutrition interventions and monitoring and evaluation of nutrition. Patients Tn. YS is a 56 year old Purnawirawan. Diabetes MelitusType 2, Gangrane Pediswas felt about 10 years ago. Patient given NT DM 2100 kcal diet. The purpose of the diet given is to increase the intake of patient and maintain the nutrirional status of patient.Patient’s nutrition needed is energy 2261,25 kcal, protein 84,79 g, Fat 50,25 g, Carbohidrat367,45g. Management system is an implementation of food and food activities, in installation activities nutrition or unit nutrition servicesin hospitals. Hospital food organization system in RSAL Dr.Ramelan Surabaya namely Outsourching system. Mechanism of action of holding foods are in the two place, first at the catering place the action include procurement of hospital food, processing food dan distribution of ready comsumate food. Other, in the hospital include serving and distribution food to the patients.
