Abstract

In the current digital era, the use of information technology is a very powerful strategy to increase the personal branding of a company or organization. IBKWU is an organization formed by the Jember State Polytechnic which aims to provide services in the form of developing new entrepreneurs. Behind the website, the company profile has a good system interface structure and user experience, because it will affect the comfort of the site's visitors. The method that will be used in this study is the five planes of user experience method introduced by Garrett. The design with this method is carried out in stages and consists of 5 stages, namely: Strategy Plane, Scope Plane, Structure Plane, Skeleton Plane, and Surface Plane. Each stage is interconnected between the upper and lower stages. This method has a ripple effect, and the evaluation of the design results using the User Experience Questionnaire is a survey data processing tool related to user experience that is easy to apply, reliable and valid, which can be used to complement data from other evaluation methods with subjective quality assessments. it is known that each stage in the five planes of ux method gets positive results, and for design evaluation based on benchmark benchmarks above average (above average) and good (good) with an average attractiveness value of 1.70 good, Perspicuity is 1.78 good, Efficiency is 1.65 good, Dependability is 1.51 good, Stimulation is 1.64 good, Novelty is 0.96 above average. Suggestions from the research results that have been obtained are that the implementation process can be carried out. But it is necessary to pay attention again to the Dependability and Novelty points in order to get the maximum value so that the IBKWU website reaches the maximum target. For the next researcher to design the mobile display to make it look more responsive and better.
