Abstract
The development of information technology has encouraged digital transformation in village administrative services. Desa Pesudukuh still faces challenges in managing correspondence manually, such as excessive paper usage, poorly organized archives, and inefficient services that require residents to visit the village office directly. This study aims to design the frontend of a digital-based village correspondence administration website to improve service efficiency. The development method used is Scrum, which consists of user story, product backlog, sprint, and daily scrum stages carried out iteratively according to user needs. Research data were obtained through interviews to identify system requirements. The interface design resulted in features for online letter submission, archive management, village information, and letter status tracking. System testing was conducted using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method involving 103 respondents. The test results obtained an SUS score of 73.77, categorized as Acceptable with a Good adjective rating. These results indicate that the system is easy to use, well accepted by users, and capable of supporting village administrative services more effectively and efficiently.
