Abstract
Praktek Kerja Lapang (PKL) is a program in which students conduct practices in the industry environment to acquire knowledge by means of practicing the theories that have been obtained and also compare the existing theories with actual field conditions industry. PKL activity was conducted in PT. Ultrajaya Milk Industry & Trading Company, West Bandung Regency Tbk held on March 8, 2016 utill Juni 8, 2016. The implementation of PKL was done at the Purchasing Department and the Ministry of Health Safety & Environment (HSE). The purpose of this activity is (1) can explain purchasing department system in PT. Ultrajaya Milk Industry & Trading Company, Tbk to procurement of the goods and services. (2) can expalin the role purchasing department conducted by PT. Ultrajaya Milk Industry & Trading Company, Tbk to procurement of the goods and services. This report contains the MKI activities carried out in the Purchasing Department to procure goods and services conducted suitable SOP or Code of Conduct purchasing process. Process standards, ethics and principles should be upheld by the buyer on the purchasing. Which became a priority under the purchase transaction covering quality of the goods and services in accordance and the selection supplier or vendor is able to meet the demand of PT Ultrajaya Milk Industry and Trading Company, Tbk
