Abstract

Field Work Practice (PKL) is an activity to result human resources that are ready to work, to master in their field and respond to the transformation and evolution of science, technology (Science and Technology) and all problems that are faced especially related to his work directy. PT. Sosro Sinar is one of the largest companies that produce the tea ready to drink tea in packaging. PT. Sosro is not only stand in Mojokerto but throughout Indonesia, such as: Cakung, Tambun, Pandeglang, Ungaran, Gresik, Pasuruan (Pandaan), Bali, Palembang, Deli Serdang and Cibitung. PT. Sinar Sosro KPB Mojokerto is the tenth factory of eleven factories. It is located at Ir. Sutami Rim Awang – Awang, District of Mojosari, Mojokerto Regency.Quality is the comprehensive characteristic of a product or service that affects the potency of the products to satisfy consumer needs. The quality control of product is directly an activity in maintaining and improving the quality of product. The control of quality product that is done at PT. Sinar Sosro consist of four kinds: quality control of raw materials, production processes, the final product and the storage of the product.
