Abstract

Field Work Practice (PKL) is done in PT Citra Asia Seed Jember on March 1, until May 25, 2016. PT. Benih Citra Asia is a company engaged in agriculture, especially in producing high yielding seeds horticulture. The company is located in District Wirowongso, Jember, East Java. The quality of seed quality at PT. Seeds Citra Asia covers from receipt of raw materials to packaging. a special division to serve as planners, supervisors, examiners, as well as the body that expands the quality of performance and product quality seeds. PT. Seeds Citra Asia continue to monitor and maintain the quality of quality from upstream to downstream in the scope of a large division Seed Development Operation. Quality control of seeds is divided into four parts, namely the control of water content, controlling germination, physical purity test, and test hybridity
