Abstract

Field practice reports / PKL’s is titled partnership between the sugar cane farmers with PT PG Rajawali 1 Unit PG Krebet Baru Bululawang district poor. The purpose of activities field practice work aims to know the company profile and system existing partnership in the PG Krebet Baru. The results of activities of field practice shows that the PG Krebet Baru organizational structure has been able to describe the formal framework and assist in carrying out the planning, organizing, directing and monitoring activities to be carried out in New Krebet PG. System partnership sugarcane farmers with PG Krebet Baru partnerships patterned plasma core. Problems faced by sugarcane farmers today is the difficulty of getting labor slash transport and the difficulty in obtaining raw materials of sugar cane at the start of the milling season for the majority of cane farmers to plant sugar cane varieties BL which is the cane cook amid slow, and the many farmers who sent the cane is not in accordance with the standards MBS (Sweet, Clean and Fresh) so it can be detrimental to the PG.
