Abstract
Koperasi Agrobisnis Tarutama Nusantara (KOPA TTN) is one of tobacco companies which are in District Jember where this company still using manpower to produce tobacco. The purpose of this study is to analyze and test the effect of independent variables simultaneously, partially and the variables that affect the dominant on labor productivity in production parts, especially parts rolling. This study took a sample of 50 labors from a total population of 300 labors. Data were analyzed using statistical software SPSS version 16.0 with multiple linear regression model, cluster model, and diskriminat model. Before analyzing the multiple linear regression to tested the validity and reliability. The results of the research conducted showed that regression testing F test showed that all independent variables have a significant effect on labor productivity. Regression testing t test showed that the independent variables that affect the productivity of the labor force of educational and wages. While the independent variables were not significant effect of variable age and work experience. Dominant variable in affecting labor productivity in part sortasi Koperasi Agrobisnis Tarutama Nusantara (KOPA TTN) of variable wages. Before analyzing the multiple linear regression to tested the cluster model.
