Abstract

This report contains all of my activities during my Internship Program in LKP TEXAS. I chose Lembaga Kursus dan Pelatihan TEXAS as my internship Program place because I could apply my English skills especially in Teaching English. Besides, LKP Texas is one of well-known and accredited education institution that could support me in doing internship program.The purpose of my Internship Program was to enrich my knowledge about the real work place, especially in English course. This internship program ran from March until May 2016 and took about 512 hours. During my Internship Program I was placed in Marketing Division, Administration Division, Education Division and Teaching English Activities. From those divisions I focussed on Teaching English Activities. The challenges in teaching English were managing the class especially Inter-Beginner level and how to be a good teacher that makes the students learn well in class. New experience and knowledge that I got from this activity was the way of teaching English for Inter-Beginner student. Besides, during my Internship Program I got an opportunity to apply my skills I had in theoretical class at the English Study Program such as structure, speaking and pronunciation course. Moreover, I could know the real working world experience and some working skills that I did not get in the class.
