Abstract

This report explains my activities when I was doing my internship program at Winda’s English Course Jember. I chose Winda’s English Course Jember as my place to conduct Internship Program because it has a good way in teaching English to the students from very early age up to adult, which all must speak English in Winda’s. This way can increase English-speaking skill of the students and English-teaching skill of the teachers. It is a great chance to apply my knowledge I got from English Study program like Instructional Design for Language Course, Material Development for Language Course, Pengelolaan Kursus Bahasa, English for Correspondence, English for Secretary, etc; and experience the real workplace that place English as the first language in communication. During the Internship Program for more than 512 hours, I had two roles, as a front officer and a teacher. However, in this report I only focus on the activity in teaching English to student of Toddler and Pre Basic level such as how to handle students with different personality, how to deliver material, and how to solve problem related to teaching learning process. I got much knowledge and experiences at Winda’s English Course Jember related to front office and education or teaching learning process especially.
