Abstract

CV. Lahan Mas is a manufacturer of some products of quality rice in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to analyze and test the effect of independent variables simultaneously, partial and most dominant influence on employee performance. The sampling technique using random sampling techniques. Data were analyzed with SPSS version 16.0 statistical linear regression model. Prior to analysis, to test the validity and reliability, F test and t test Based on test results obtained SPSS regression Work Discipline koevisien value (X1) of 0.623 while the regression koevisien work motivation (X2) is 0,597. It can be concluded that the factor Work Discipline (X1) has the most effect (dominant) of the Work Productivity (Y) because the value koevisien greatest regression.
