Abstract
Decision support system for the selection of employees at PT. APIKOMINDO (Telkomsel) Using Nganjuk Promethee Method is a decision support system designed to help facilitate the SPV Promoter in taking the decision of selection of employees. This decision support system is obtained from the results of calculation of the weighting algorithms Promethee perangkingan. The end result of this decision support system will display the rank selection of recommended employees became employees of PT. APIKOMINDO (Telkomsel) Indonesia. The system was implemented in the programming language Visual Basi .NET and MySQL
