Abstract

Developing A Traditional Culture Booklet For Padepokan Seni Gema Buana As A Central Of Tourism Village In Prajekan Bondowoso was my Final Project. The fundamental reason in choosing this project was about the existence of cultures which was not exposed by district government. I found that there were several cultures that had big potential to be shown, but they did not have enough promotional media to show. This project focused on developing a booklet for Desa Wisata with culture based. This product was completed with bilingual language to enlarge the promotion to foreign tourists. This booklet not only had a simple size that was easy to bring it, but also could be used as an educational medium for people because this booklet explained the history and philosophy of cultures. I focused on telling about Ronteg Singo Ulung as the favorite attraction in Bondowoso. Ronteg Singo Ulung attraction has some culture performances where in each performance shows the depiction of people’s character. Prosesi, Ketua adat, Topeng Kona, Ojung, Tandâ’ Bini’, and Singo are the depiction of people in Ronteg Singo Ulung Attraction. This product will be useful either for Padepokan Seni Gema Buana and the society. Making this booklet was really challenging because I had to pass 8 steps to finish it. They were deciding idea, outlining the concept, writing the book, reviewing, revising, editing, arranging layout, and binding
