Abstract

This research was conducted in order to know the influence of fainted and fast of carcass to broiler chicken. This research was done on December 10th until 11th, 2015 in butchering house building State Polytechnic Of Jember. The research program used random complete program that has 2 factors. First is fast that is for beared around of 8 hours and is not for beared. Second is faint which is fainted and is not fainted. Data which was gathered in data analysis is “Analityc of Variance” (ANOVA) with 5% of level. If data could show the difference, it would be test of (BNJ). The result of this research showed that fainted and fast process of carcass don’t (F>0,05) influence to broiler chicken. The factors that influenced carcass are the weight, dismissaling blood, percentage of blood and carcass.
