Abstract

Cooperative agrobisnis tarutama nusantara is one of the regionally independent in district jember engaged in the field of agrobisnis ranging from the process of cultivating tobacco until ready though and in the exports to Europe where it involves many employees. The purpose of study is to analyze and test the effect of independent variables simultaneously, partially an the variables that affect the dominant on employee productivity in processing part tobacco. This study took a sample of 65 employees (10 employees are still and 55 laborer) from total population of employees are still 29 people and laborer 153 people. Date were analyzed using statistical software SPSS version 16.0 with multi linier regression model. Before analyzed the multi linier regression to tasted the validity and reliability. The result of the research conducted showed that regression testing F test showed that all independent variables have a significant effect on employee productivity. Regression testing t test showed that the independent variables that affect the productivity of the employee that is variable ability. While the independent variables were not significant effect of variable leadership and communication. Dominant variable in affecting employee productivity in Cooperative Agrobisnis Tarutama Nusantara Jember of variable ability.
