Abstract

PHC Patrang Jember district is the Community Health Center located in Jember district, especially in Jalan gardenia # 5. PHC Patrang an operation unit of health under the Health Office of Jember. PHC Patrang has three poly which is provided to serve the public, namely, there is a general poly, poly and poly mother and child gear. But the first problem here is the lack of effective processes patient data at the time of enrollment until the drug dispensing in pharmacies, patient data is still manual. Manual here means a system that is still using handwritten untouched computer, pendataannya still using the documents that will be brought patients ranging from registration to enter the chamber poly on the go. Not infrequently these documents are missing. Therefore, it is desirable in the presence of an integrated information system of outpatient health centers that will be built Patrang web based would be able to overcome all the above problems and can simplify the task of an employee at the health center Patrang quickly, precisely and can improve better services.
