Abstract

Along with the development of technology today has become a necessity for some people in Indonesia. For example, make use of the ordering information system through the website. Booking is a process of ordering or ordering and transaction activities that express the desire or plan to own or purchase goods and services before making a financial transaction in the form of financial payments to the desired product or service. Booking process in cv. harmonis still done manually from promoting that is done still using pamphlet or brochure and in doing its activity still use conventional process at the time of consumer want to order iron. Consumers are still face to face if you want to order iron. Based on the problems in need of a reservation information system so that it can help the ordering process in cv. harmonis.
