Abstract

The aim of the research to determine the effect of feeding frequency to productivity on rooster. As many as 200 day old chicks were used in this research. The experimental is the completely randomized design (CRD) with direction system, using four treatment and five replications, such as P1 (one time of feeding frequency), P2 (twice of feeding frequency), P3 (three time of feeding frequency), P4 (four time of feeding frequency). The treatment was carried out for 1st day to 60th day. The parameters of this research are feed intake, body weight gain, and feed conversion ratio. The research showed that the effect of feeding frequency is not significant (P>0,05) on feed intake, and significantly (P<0,01) on body weight gain and feed conversion ratio. The conclusion of this research is three time of feeding frequency given best to productivity on rooster.
