Abstract

The development of science and technology has provided a considerable impact on the lives of human beings to learn and develop science As the development of increasingly sophisticated medical science led to many demands for ease of technology and information , such as the development of science and technology in the field of appliance - medical devices, Another process that is often uncontrolled is the process of replacing the current infusion bag of intravenous fluids is running out. nurses or medical personnel are sometimes negligent in replacing the patient's bag of intravenous fluids because of time constraints and paramedics, The purpose of this system design is an attempt to minimize these risks, is in need of development as well as solutions to control the infusion monitoring system automatically, so that it can avoid lost infusion ( infusion runs out ) to the patient and is so efficient that nurses do not have to manually control .
