Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the administration of MiloRusA probiotics as a feed additive with different concentrations on the chemical quality of broiler meat. MiloRusA Probiotics contain Lactobacillus sp, Bifidobacterium sp, Streptococcus sp, and Bacillus sp. The research method applied is Complete Random Design. The treatments used consisted of P0 as a control (without probiotics), P1 (5 ml / kg feed), P2 (10 ml / kg feed), and P3 (15 ml / kg feed). Test parameters consisted of fat test with soxhlet method, protein test with spring micro kjedhal, and pH test with litmus ph indeks. The results showed that administration of MiloRusA probiotics as supplementary feed had a very significant effect on protein and meat fat but not significantly different from the pH content of meat.
