Abstract
Quality assuring of health care is important in health care organizations because it can make health care into efficienct. Based on pre observation activities that conducted by the researcher, it is known that in the Kaliwates hospital has BOR value (Bed Occupancy Rate) which is below of the standard each year. In 2008, the number of BOR is 50,49%, in 2009, the number of BOR is 48,51%, in 2010 the number of BOR is 51,50%, in 2011 the number of BOR is 46,83%, and in 2012 number of BOR is 56,56%. The objective of this research is to improve the BOR (Bed Occupancy Rate) by research the factors that affect the quality dimensional of health care at the Kaliwates General Hospital. The population in this research were 30 inpatients at the Kaliwates General Hospital Kaliwates. Data collection instruments used koesioner and interviews. From the results of simple linear regression analysis using SPSS with a confidence level 5%, for all variables obtained sig (p) <0,05, so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, it means there is significant influence between all variable of quality dimensions with BOR improvement (Bed Occupancy Rate) at the Kaliwates General Hospital Kaliwates. Suggestions from this research is needed to analyze the factors that affect the BOR from the other side than health care dimensions
