Abstract
This research was aimed to search the effectiveness of giving the papaya fluor to decrease abdominal fat and cholesterol of broiler. The experiment was conducted in state Polythecnic of Jember from June 3rd to Desember 22th, 2015. Completely ramdomized design was used as the experimental design which consist 4 treatment. The level of papaya fluor consist of 0% (P0), 2,5% (P1), 5% (P2), and 7,5% (P3). The result showed that the giving of papaya fluor from level 0% until 7,5% significant effect of performans, abdominal fat, and low density lipoprotein (LDL). But, another result showed that the level 0% until 7,5% non significant effect of trigliserida, high density lipoprotein (HDL), and cholesterol.
