Abstract

Budget Plan (RAB) is a calculation of the cost needs of building a property. Many people are interested in building or investing in the property sector, a strategy that can simplify and accelerate the process of calculating the budget plan. Accuracy in calculating the budget plan will affect the accuracy of the results of the calculation of the budget plan and affect the quality of the contractor. Efforts are made by utilizing existing technology and equipped with executable software on the technology used. By doing so, it makes it easier for contractors to access and process data. Thus, the authors make an information system budget plan the cost of building a house. With this information system, it is expected to facilitate in accessing and processing data. Produce faster, more efficient, and more costeffective calculations.
