Abstract
Formula milk (milk substitutes ASI) is a cow's milk or artificial milk formulated changed its composition and produced by the industry for the purposes of the required nutritional intake baby instead of breast milk. when the baby is 6 months old Many parents assume that the nutritional needs of infants are not enough just to milk, so that the baby needs to be assisted by providing milk formula. Giving formula in infants in Indonesia are still many who do not according to age, especially in rural areas. This study aims to determine the relationship of family involvement, health and media exposure on the provision of infant formula in infants 0-6 months in the Work Area Health Center, Gladak Pakem Jember. This research is analytic observational research with cross sectional approach, sampling by using Simple random sampling. With this method of data collection using questionnaires and interviews involving 44 respondent. Based on bivariate analysis were tested Spearman Rank Correlation statistics. Results of analysis showed a significant relationship between maternal education and family support for the life of gift weaning early
