Abstract

Basically, an employee is someone who works at a company or institution. Within companies or institutions are charging presence and filling of leave reserved for employees who work in it. Presence is a sheet that contains employee attendance within a certain time. Leave application is to permit the rights of employees miss work due to certain terms and within the period specified. To fill out presence and filling of leave an employee must be registered in a company or institution. Therefore, it is necessary dibagun personnel information system is web-based so that these matters can be put together in the form of a web program. Powered by php and mysql as the database, the application can help a company or institution that has employees to matters relating to personnel can be more easily resolved and more smoothly
