Abstract

Installation of medical records in General Hospital Sanglah is a service unit that organizes medical records service begins the first time a patient comes to the discharge or completed treatmen. Medical records service is an important thing to note, considering in installation of medical record on duty to provide the patient’s medical records Sanglah Hospital, response time of medical records of to need long time. Delays in the return of medical records patient’s from IPK, implementation of medical records without cover, misfile medical records. Therefore this research here purpose to monitoring response time of medical records search in installation of medical records Sanglah Hosipital in Denpasar an efford to improve response time a search of medical records. Method of this research is FOCUS PDCA, Result of this research is there are return of medical records appropriate to standard, have feedback to IPK, making to feedback format.
