Abstract

Nutritional status is the body’s result of the food consumption and the used of nutrienst. This nutritional status is important because it is one of the risk factor for the occurrence of morbidity and death. A good nutritional status of people will contribute to their healthy as well as the ability to recover. Nutritional status of the society can be known through the assesment of food consumption based on both quantitative and qualitative data. Nutritional status is a sign of a person’s appearence due to the balance between income and nutrient expenditure derived from food consumend at a time based on the categories and indicator used. The purpose of this research is to know the socio-economic relationship, hygiene of enviromental sanitation and the level of nutritional status consumption for under five years old childrent at nutrition recovery’s home in situbondo regency. The research design used cross sectional. The statistical test used is chi-square test. There is a socio-economic relationship (p=0,001) and observed from work (p=0,000) there is enviromental hygiene relationship (p=0,005) There is a relationship og energy consumption level (p=0,000).
