Abstract

BPJS latest is a program that is operated as of the date of 1 january 2014 by the government in making payments the process of health services Without the fulfillment administration requirement the patients BPJS no access to health services. The purpose of this research is to analyze factors presdiposing relations, enabling factor, factors reinforcing with patient compliance administration BPJS in unit of outpatient General Hospital Wonolangan District Probolinggo. The kind of research this is quantitative by adopting both cross sectional. The sample collection technique by means of accidental of sampling namely gave a questionnaire to 99 patients BPJS in unit of outpatient. Statistical tests used is the correlation rank the spearman to the limits of chalenge (alpha) = 0.05. The result of this research is a significant relation exists between factors presdiposing about knowledge patients are r=0.229; p=0.022 and attitude patients are r=0.232; p=0.021 with compliance administration patients BPJS. There was no connection between enabling factors are r=-0.007; p=0.943 and reinforcing factors are r=0.053; p=0.602 with compliance administration patients BPJS. Based on the results of the analysis univariat obtained conclusion that if patients and attitude police officers have been good of 54.5 % and 66.7 %. On the other hand knowledge patients and facilities in a public hospital wonolangan district probolinggo less either by prosentase of 95% and 67.7% so as to affect compliance patients of 42,2% to a category good enough. Was recommended to the hospital need the installation of media information such as banner or banners in Kecamatan Dringu, Kecamatan Gending and Kecamatan Tiris and in front of outpatient General Hospital Wonolangan district Probolinggo.
