Abstract

Diabetes Mellitus as a group of metabolic diseases with characteristic hyperglycemia abnormalities in insulin secretion, insulin action or both - second to none. Chronic hyperglycemia in diabetes mellitus is associated with long-term damage, dysfunction and failure of several organs, especially the eyes, kidneys, nerves, heart and blood vessels. Diabetes mellitus type 2 (two) is a chronic disease that is progressive, starting with insulin resistance leading to increased hepatic glucose production and ends with the destruction of beta cells. Diabetes mellitus itself regardless of age, young or old can suffer from this disease. Symptoms caused was not so they directly sufferers. In its application diabetes mellitus patients can enter their own personal data that include name, occupation, height, weight, blood sugar last check up, age and gender. Data that has been entered earlier will be in the process and will bring on the food consumed per day. And expected diabetics can at least reduce the risk of recurrence of the disease he suffered diabetes.
