Abstract
Hospital is a place that provides health services for individuals in a perfect manner (promotive, preventive, curative, and rehabilitative). Promotive efforts by providing information to the public or patients efficiently without any limitations on space and time. Dr.Abdoer Rahem Situbondo Hospital in a way of promoting efforts used a media website in spreading information, but there are shortcoming in delivering information to public with media sites which is the incomplete information available on the website and features in the website are too simple. The available website design is in statistics. The incomplete information which is lack of effective dissemination of the information will have an impact on society. The purpose of this research is to discuss and create a website for Regional General Hospital dr. Abdoer Rahem Situbondo. The type of this research is applied research with qualitative research using a waterfall system development method consisting of Requirements Analysis and Definitions, system and software design, implementation and unit testing and integration and system testing. The results of this study are a hospital website that provides more complete information with online consultation features and online outpatient registration.
