Abstract

Diabetics mellitus need food interlude to assist in satisfy the needs of the nutrients every day. One of a preferred food among of the society cookies which will be substitusion with conmeal because the womb fibers high. Research aims to understand the womb nutrition especially fibers on cookies subtitusi cornmeal as food interlude patients dm. The design of a trial that is used which is random design group (a shelf) with six treatment A1 (35% wheatflour : 65% cornmeal), A2 (30% wheatflour : 70% cornmeal), A3 (25% wheatflour : 75% cornmeal), A4 (20% wheatflour : 80% cornmeal), A5 (15% wheatflour : 85% cornmeal), and A6 (10% wheatflour : 90% cornmeal). The research result show happened elevated levels of fibers in every treatment cookies subtitusi cornmeal significant. The result showed organoleptik the real difference to color, think, scent, and texture in cookies. Treatment best found in treatment A6 (10% wheatflour : 90% cornmeal, because it has the womb fibers appropriate command
