Abstract

Banana Leaf is one source of alternative feed ingredients that can be used as feed for broiler chickens. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of banana leaf meal in the diet on broiler performance. Parameters measured were feed intake, body weight gain, feed conversion. This study uses a completely randomized design (CRD) with 4 treatments, (P0 = 0% leaves of banana flour, P1 = 3% leaf banana flour, P2 = 6% leaf banana flour, P3 = 9% flour banana leaf). Each treatment had 4 replication and replication each have five broiler. Based on statistical analysis, the effect of adding a banana leaf meal had no effect (P <0.05) for feed intake, body weight gain, feed conversion.
