Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze consumer attitudes towards Teaching Factory (Tefa) Bakery And Coffee bread products at Jember State Polytechnic. The focus of this study covers six attributes, namely taste, price, packaging design, size, texture, and expiration. The analysis tool used is Fishbein multi-attribute analysis. Based on the results of the study, the consumer attitude value was 189.67 which is included in the positive category. The results of this study indicate that Tefa Bakery And Coffee bread products as a whole meet the criteria expected by consumers, but still need to make gradual improvements, especially on attributes with low values.
