Abstract

Kemuningsari Kidul Jember Health Center has an electronic medical record system; however, this system cannot be used for patient registration and lacks integration across different departments. As a result, patient registration and examinations are carried out manually using paper, leading to the duplication of medical record numbers and patient data. The aim of this research is to design an electronic medical record system to facilitate the service process at Kemuningsari Kidul Jember Health Center, which can improve the quality of service and data management. The system design method used is the prototype method, which consists of identifying requirements, building a prototype according to user needs, and constructing the system. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The outcome of this research is an electronic medical record system that can assist in patient healthcare services at Kemuningsari Kidul Jember Health Center.
