Abstract
Hospitals are obliged to provide health services that meet the principles of safety, health, comfort and security as well as convenience. Based on data taken using a questionnaire from PUSPA application users at RSUD Hospital. Moh Anwar regarding the user interface of 7 respondents, usability testing was carried out using SUS (System Usability Scale) which was taken randomly with a closed questionnaire, getting a result of 48.21 which was in the not good category. This research aims to design a user interface using a user centered design approach in the PUSPA (Pusat Monitoring Center) application at RSUD. Moh Anwar Sumenep. The method used is qualitative and quantitative with interview and questionnaire data collection techniques. The result of this research is the design of a user interface using the user centered design method and has been evaluated by carrying out two SUS and UEQ tests which resulted in a SUS usability value of 70.71, where the results of the increase are good compared to the results of the old SUS application test, namely 48.21. Meanwhile, for the UEQ test, the new user interface got a good score on the perspicuity and efficiency variables, while the attractiveness, dependability, stimulation and novelty variables got a score above everage or above average.
