Abstract

The online shop is a process of buying and selling goods by providing conveniences, those are time efficiency and buyers do not need to meet the seller face to face. However, with these conveniences there were various obstacles experienced by the delivery service, one of them was a delay in the delivery of goods. This happened because there were many routes from one place to another so that couriers had difficulty determining the route to be followed. Based on these problems, the researcher wanted to create an application that can determine delivery routes for couriers using the Dijkstra algorithm and applying an open street map to retrieve longitude and latitude points. The result of this research was to display the route of goods delivery with an open street map.
