Abstract

This research uses the ISO/IEC 25010 standard with 7 characteristics, namely, functional suitability, usability, reliability, maintainability, security, portability, and performance efficiency. Respondents in this study were students, study program admins, and lecturers at the Information Technology State Polytechnic of Jember. Data collection methods used are interviews dan observation. The validity dan reliability tests were carried out using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) software. The results of measuring the quality of the Ruang Baca website at the Information Technology software using the ISO/IEC 25010 standard are functional suitability characteristics 86,62%, usability characteristics 86,11%, reliability characteristics 85,57%, maintainability characteristics 87,97%, security characteristics 86.26%, portability characteristics 90,87%, and performance efficiency characteristics 80,13%. So the total overall characteristics of 86,22% can be said that the Ruang Baca website at the Information Technology is categorized as "very good".
