Abstract
Department of Agriculture Regency Bondowoso committed For accelerate , strengthen and encourage recovery economy consequence the Covid-19 pandemic , especially in the sector agriculture , through maintenance Training Farmer Making agroinput Organic in 2020 , that is making Micro Organism Local (MOL) parent , Fertilizer organic Liquid , Fertilizer organic Liquid Plus, Fertilizer organic Solid , Fertilizer organic Solid Plus, Botanical Pesticides , and Amino Acids for plant . Study This aim For give evaluation in a manner measurable about implementation activity training the . Models used is description Context, Input, Process, and Product (CIPP) variables , as well analysis multiple linear regression For test and analyze relationship Context, Input, and Process, to the Product. Population as many as 440 farmers participant Training Farmer Making agroinput organic . Amount sample determined use Slovin's formula , obtained minimum number of respondents as many as 82 people, however researcher take respondents 110 people, with assumption of the 22 districts that sent it farmer participant training , taken 5 people each sample , so the total number of respondents 110 farmers . Research results show description component Context , Input, Process, and Product, all component the have average mark Good until very good . Analysis results regression show that in a manner simultaneous , Context, Input, and Process effect significant to Products. kindly partial Context and Input, effect No significant to Product, only Process delivers significant influence _ to Products. It means that Context facilitation ( rules , references activity , suitability need material training , and objectives and benefits training ) as well Input facilitation ( structure good and very good organization , tools and materials , places and rooms , resource persons , instructors , participants , materials and methods by the government district , no increase independence , skill , application agroinput and transfer of knowledge to farmers other) by individual to farmer participant training . Then implementation Training Farmer Making agroinput organic in a manner group , yes become alternative choice in carry out training similar , in framework enhancement economy public farmer , in the future .
