Abstract

Hydroponic Cultivation of Red Curly Lettuce (Lactuca sativa L.). Without Greenhouse at Jinawi Farm, Kranganyar Regency, Java Province Tengah, Afika Diah Nurmayasari, NIM A31201633, 34 pages, Production Agriculture, Jember State Polytechnic, Ir. Muh. Zayin Sukri, M.P. (Lecturer advisor). Field Work Practice (PKL) is a training activity in the field 6th semester vocational students for the D3 program at the Jember State Polytechnic. Street vendors are held for ± 4 months starting from March 1, 2023 until with June 30, 2023 at Jinawi Farm, Karanganyar Regency, Java Province Middle. This cultivation process starts on April 1 to May 31, 2023 in Jinawi Farm hydroponic garden, Karanganyar Regency, Central Java. Cultivation starting from the process of seeding red curly lettuce for 1 week later transferred to the seedling table for 1 month, after the plants were moved from the seedling table to the juvenile table for 2 weeks then moved to the adult table until harvest. Cultivation of red curly lettuce is done hydroponically without using greenhouse. The results of the Field Work Practice activities include capable students carry out cultivation until the early postharvest stages of red curly lettuce and able to analyze the problems that occur during cultivation and find solutions to existing problems.
