Abstract

The title of this final project is “Making A Booklet Of CV. Kreatif Marongghi Centre Community In Jember.” This final project was made to provide CV. Kreatif Marongghi Centre Community a more flexible promotional media such as printed bilingual booklet. Therefore, the writer help the owner of CV. Kreatif Marongghi Centre Community by making a promotional media in the form of bilingual booklet for the home industry. When constructing this final project, the writer required data about CV. Kreatif Marongghi Centre Community. The data came from the interview, observation, documents, and audio visual. This booklet is divided into three parts, opening, main content, and closing. The title of the booklet is “Marvelous Moringa: Unleashing the Extraordinary Benefits” There is a cover, foreword, table of content, vision mission, and an overview of the CV. Kreatif Marongghi Center Community in the opening. The second part of the booklet contains production process, products, and prices in the home industry. The last section informs about testimonials, contact persons, personal emails, awards, and social media from CV. Kreatif Marongghi Center Community. This writer adopted the steps from Irawati in Webyansyah (2018). There were pre-writing, drafting, proofreading, revising, and publishing. The booklet is written in bilingual, Bahasa Indonesia and English. The size of this product is in the size of A5 paper (14,8 x 21 cm) in landscape orientation. The application used to design the booklet were Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. The writer faced some obstacles and challenges in making this final project. The first challenge was that the writer needed to rearrange the meeting with the owner several times because their schedules did not align. The writer also found difficulties in converting the interview result to the script of the booklet, as well as translating the script of the booklet into English. To overcome the problem, the writer discussed the English script with supervisor so that it suitable in both grammatical and lexical equivalent, yet also intrigued the reader later. Beside the difficulties and challenges in making this final project, the writer obtain some experience and knowledge. The writer got an experience to harvest some of moringa plants and also sort them. Besides, the writer also got a knowledge about how to operate a DSLR (Digital Single-Lens Reflex) camera along with how moringa could be made into the today’s home industry product.
