Abstract

Asembagus Hospital is one of the health agencies that have developed using information systems. The implementation still found obstacles that hampered the work of the registration officers. This information system also has never done an evaluation. This study aims to evaluate the outpatient registration information system using the TAM and PIECES methods in Asembagus Hospital. The results of the study show the results per percentage of the perceptions of each variable TAM and PIECES and measured on a Likert scale. The percentage for the TAM variable is the aspect of perceived usefulness of 80%, aspects of perceived ease of use is 78,4% and aspects attitude toward using is 78% of the three variables included in the good category. The percentage for PIECES variables, namely aspect performance of 59,3% included in the enough category. Aspects of control of 81,3% and aspects of service of 82% included in the very good category. Aspects of information of 74%, aspects of economic of 62% and aspects of efficiency of 76% of the three variables included in the good category.
