Abstract
Kaliwates General Hospital Jember is a subsidiary of PT Perkebunan Nusantara XII which is engaged in health. One of the services of Kaliwates Hospital is service through an android-based application, namely APROMED. This study aims to analyze the level of usefulness of the APROMED application using the QUIM method and to design the APROMED application development as one of the services of the Kaliwates Jember General Hospital using the LEAN UX method. Evaluation of the design design is carried out explicitly using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) and implicitly using Maze. APROMED application research carried out 2 tests, the first test was a test of existing application designs using the UEQ questionnaire. In the first test, you get a UEQ score, namely 3 values below the average and 3 good values. Design development is carried out using the LEAN UX method which assumes that the target visitors like the dashboard concept on the application's home page. This is proven by the very good UEQ results where 5 excellent scores and 1 good score on the novelty scale. The implicit test that was carried out also got good results where in the labyrinth test the usability level reached 80 which was included in the decent or good category.
